Phoenix police say a confession from a person helped their case towards him and his brother within the homicide of a person whose frame used to be present in a burning automotive in a canal closing week. Throughout a police interview, investigators stated Jose Lomeli cracked and admitted to killing the sufferer. Police stated his brother, Roberto Lomeli, helped shield up the homicide.
